登陆ExpressVPN账号时提示已经在另外的设备登陆如何破

 已推出,再次启动软件时登陆ExpressVPN提示该账号已经在另外一台电脑登陆,无法使用。事实上并没有在其他任何电脑上登陆ExpressVPN,于是咨询ExpressVPN客服。很快得到回复是,建议重启新旧电脑,系统可能误以为原来的连接依然有效,这也可能与路由器上的设置还在运行有关。

以下为客服的答复内容:

If you’re sure though that no other computer is using your VPN account at the moment, then I suggest that you restart either or both your computers first, as it’s possible that your previous VPN connection (or at least the routes of the previous VPN connection) may have not terminated properly, that’s why the app still thinks that you’re currently connected on another computer.

Rebooting your computers should completely terminate the VPN previous VPN connection and it will also ensure that you’ll get an updated status from our activation server. After your computer reboots, you may try connecting again to the VPN to see if the issue has been resolved.
